Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. It's a day to stop everything, relax, enjoy family, count your blessing & best of all dig into homemade food! I received these photos in an email & thought they were funny to share. I think they were scanned greeting card covers.
Have a great day!

Lynsey & David

Lynsey & David were married on October 24th at the Brownstone Wedding Chapel in Weatherford. Almost a year before the wedding Lynsey called to inquire about our availability that day. October 24th also happens to be our wedding anniversary which falls on a Saturday this year. After consulting with the "manager" (wife) she & I agreed we couldn't pass up a wedding gig. The couple was awesome to work with & they seemed pleased with the photos.

We did their engagement session down around Cleburne last January. Many of the shots are in the couples section on the main site.

Miss Elliot

This is a little Elliot's 2 year old session. Mom bought the red hat just for this session. It added a great touch for this vintage themed session. Afterward mom gave me the hat for future little girls who may want to use it. Thanks Kristy!

Cavin & Lindsey

A few images we did for Cavin & Lindsey. We did engagement photos for this couple a few years back & I guess they liked them enough to call back for their Christmas card photo. Great subjects!

Fall Is In The Air

Fall in Texas makes for great outside photos.

Gabe: 3 months

Every month we do a short session of Gabe, & this time the theme was football. Big brother Jesse wore this same jersey in one of his monthly sessions we did a couple of years ago.

How Pumpkin Pie Is Made

I received an email with this photos in it & thought it was too funny not to share.

I knew there was a reason I wasn't crazy for pumpkin pie!

Happy Birthday Chase!

Our son turns 10 years old today. It's hard to believe that 10 years has already past since we brought Chase home from the hospital. All of our closest family was there to welcome him into the world & many were even in the delivery room, heck we should have sold tickets to the event. We didn't mind sharing the moment with everyone. No one told us that babies didn't come with instruction manuals, but luckily our moms were just a phone call away. It's funny to look back at how nervous first time parents are then comes baby #2 & how much relaxed we get.

I wanted to share just a few photos of Chase.
1 day old in the Hospital.

2 days old in his "coming home" outfit.

I always liked this Popeye shot of him.

3 years old.

4 years old. He loved Spiderman!

3 years old. You wouldn't catch me holding that snake.

9 year photo shoot.

A collage of some of my favorite shots from his 10 year shoot.

Sunday we celebrated his birthday with all his cousins & friends. It was such a nice day for all the kids to run wild in the yard & they loved jumping in the bounce house we rented. Here are a few action shots from the party.
