Tagen & Molly

Meet Tagen & Molly. These awesome kiddos belong to our good friends Devin & Misty who paid us a visit over Spring break for their latest photo session. Devin & I were assigned as house mates along with 2 others when we attended TSTC in Waco. After all these years Cari & I have stayed in contact with the Barringtons & we're proud to still call them our friends. If all goes well Tagen & our daughter Jenna will be married in about 20 years. Arranged marriage.....

The Edits #32

Continuing with my "The Edits" posts. See the different techniques that can be applied to the same image.

I took out much of the color in the image to give it a low contrast effect. I then added an aged edge overlay.

Added alot of contrast then diffused glow.

Took out much of the color except leaving the key colors in the outfit. Added a yellow hue & scratched overlay to edge.

What?!?!?!?

These are just some random funny things I found on the net.

Strange that the supervising adult made sure to snap a quick photo before saving the baby from suffocating.

Maybe mom needs to start her off with ABC's & 123's!!

From time to time I get to do something out of the norm. For this session of Jack & Cooper, we used dad's gear & fire truck as a backdrop.

Ashley

This bridal session was taken last year at the Clark Gardens in Mineral Wells. Clark is a great place to use for any type of session, it's just so big & spread out. Just this week I did some engagements in this same garden & hope to share them with you in the following days.

Heather & Ryan

I pulled a few engagement photos from Heather & Ryan taken at Chandor Gardens last year. At the end of our shoot the couple wanted to do some fun shots wearing their favorite color..burnt orange!

The couple will celebrate 1 year of marriage next week. Congratulations guys!

Music Update

Every few months I update the web site with new music. Generally I use easy listening music that will not take away from the photo slide shows. I really like the sounds of the singer/songwriter tunes & I think they add a great sound to the site. If you like what you hear I'll list the songs & artists in case you want to download them from iTunes.

The outfit Addison was most excited about was her "married' dress", so we did a few mock bridal pics in that too.
