Sunday we participated in the Parker County Bridal Fair at theDoss Heritage & Culture Center. There were over 130 registered brides that attended the event this year. That is a great turn out for such a small venue & beats the past years attendance. Because each bride brings at least one person with them, that meant hundreds of people visited the Doss & met with all the local vendors our town has. There's nothing like the feel of a small town fair to get acquainted with those around you. This was our 9th year with the PCBF & we hope to be back as long as they will have us. I've never participated in the Ft.Worth or Dallas Bridal shows. Nothing against those but I personally like working with clients who have heard of us or have been directly referred by someone who have used our services. The client photographer relationship has a much different feel if they are 100% confident in us & I don't have to spend much time trying to prove myself. Although my booth style hasn't changed much I was anxious to share some of the new photos & products with everyone. We've recently began offering the modern style float wraps & metal prints. Theses products are a unique way to display your favorite shots in a stylish way.
